Expansion Bolts

Product is specialized fasteners designed for secure fixing into masonry walls and concrete. The system typically consists of a bolt, an expansion sleeve, a flat washer, a spring washer, and a nut. The core principle of product is impact-activated expansion combined with multi-point load distribution and stable load bearing. Manufactured in compliance with the GB/T 22795 national standard, tightening the nut draws the bolt outward, causing the expansion sleeve to expand radially within the drilled hole. This creates a tight, multi-point grip against the hole walls, resulting in excellent load-bearing capacity. Simple to install using basic tools, expansion bolts provide an efficient solution for fixing into a wide range of wall substrates.

Product is widely used in building decoration, furniture installation, outdoor air-conditioner unit mounting, fire safety equipment installation, and signboard fixing. In construction applications, they secure ceiling frameworks, wardrobes, and TV wall mounts, with their stable load-bearing performance ensuring safety. For furniture installation, they prevent large items from tipping by anchoring them firmly to walls. When mounting outdoor air-conditioning units, they withstand weather exposure and vibration. In fire safety installations, they are used for mounting fire extinguisher brackets and pipe clamps in compliance with safety regulations. For signboard installation, they reliably support weight and resist wind loads, making expansion bolts an essential fastener for wall-fixing projects.

The bolt components are manufactured from quality carbon steel (Q235, 20#) or stainless steel 304. Carbon steel versions are heat-treated to strength grade 4.8 and finished with zinc plating (ASTM B633) or color zinc plating, providing 48–72 hours of salt spray corrosion resistance. Stainless steel 304 offers excellent corrosion resistance for damp or outdoor environments. Expansion sleeves are made from high-strength HDPE plastic or galvanized steel, selected for their excellent expansion toughness and aging resistance. All products are ISO 9001 certified, and their post-expansion pull-out strength complies with GB/T 22795 performance grades. Customization is available for longer sleeves (for thick walls), larger diameters (M24–M30 for heavy-duty applications), full stainless steel assemblies, and special coatings. Supplied in complete sets of 50–100 pieces per pack and including installation instructions, expansion bolts are ready for fast and convenient installation.
