Hook anchor bolts, also known as foundation bolts or L-shaped/J-shaped anchor rods, are specialized fasteners designed for permanently securing heavy machinery and structures to concrete foundations. Their core function is deep-embedded anchoring combined with heavy load bearing and strong resistance to pull-out and vibration. Designed in accordance with GB/T 799 (equivalent to ISO 898-1), one end of the hook anchor bolt is deeply embedded into freshly poured concrete, forming a solid, integrated structure with the foundation as it cures. The exposed end (L-, J-, or U-shaped) is then used to secure the equipment base. This design provides extremely high load capacity and excellent resistance to pull-out and vibration, effectively preventing equipment displacement during operation and making product a fundamental safety component for installations.

These critical bolts are manufactured from alloy steels such as 35CrMo and 40Cr, or structural carbon steel Q235B. Alloy steel versions are heat-treated to achieve strength grades of 8.8 or 10.9, with tensile strengths of ≥800 MPa and excellent pull-out resistance. Carbon steel Q235B meets standard equipment anchoring requirements. Surface treatments including black oxide (GB/T 15519), zinc plating (ASTM B633), and phosphating are applied, providing 72–120 hours of salt spray corrosion resistance suitable for underground and damp environments. Hook anchor bolts are ISO 9001 certified and often comply with construction fastener safety certifications.
